JOB LOCATION
Shanghai or Tianjin
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Train the engineers/technicians from distributor, OEMs and end users on product installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance and repairing.
- Maintain good relationship with the engineers/technicians in customer’s organization. Satisfy customers and their staffs.
- Handle warranty claim and spare parts selling.
- Report quality defects to US/UK even offer some suggestion on how we shall avoid such defects.
- Assist OEM account Manager to have Hale products certified.
- Assist OEMs to fix the pump or CAFS issue when they have their truck certified.
- Conduct regular follow up customer visit.
- Offer on-site commissioning & repairing support.
- May sell FSG Flow Solution to customers.
- Other work to be assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years’ experience in mechanical service or maintenance.
- Be familiar with centrifugal pump and engine will be a plus.
- With mechanical education background.
- English capability – His written English shall be good so that he will be able to understand the IOM supplied by US/UK and report any issue to Ocala/Warwick directly.
- Understanding of fire-fighting/fire industry would be an advantage
- Computer literate.
- Must have the ability to effectively communicate with customers, suppliers and at all levels with corporate and company personnel.
