Job Purpose
Responsible for the execution of production plan of workshop within the company’s current quality system under the lead of production head. Finish duties assigned by production management department including production order, production plan.
在生产经理领导下负责外包车间在公司现行质量体系规范下的外包生产计划实施。负责具体的外包生产计划安排、完成生产管理部门下达的生产指令，生产计划，一次合格率指标，技经指标等各项任务。

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the execution of the production plan, finish the production requirements.
负责外包生产计划的执行与落实，完成下达的生产指令。
- Responsible for the assignment of tasks to group monitor and on-the-spot supervision and management.
负责当班组长的任务下达及现场监督管理。
- Responsible for the execution of the documents released by QA, meet all the requirements of the active and efficient documents. Standardize and maintain the quality system by cooperating with the quality department actively. Responsible for the corrective action and investigation/preventive action follow up for Quality incidence.
负责执行QA签发的文件，按各类现行、生效文件要求。积极主动与质量部门配合规范、维护生产质量体系；负责 对外包的生产现场出现的质量偏差/质量事故，立即纠正，并且进行追踪/调查/和整改措施的落实。
- Finish the checking duties as per the requirements of SOPs.
严格按照公司的SOP 文件，做好生产车间的复核工作。
- Reduce the production loss, increase the working efficiency, save the production cost in the premise of maintaining quality system and finishing the planed production amount. Improve the auto machine in kit packing workshop (included in cartoner/ME machine)
按公司目标，在维护质量体系、保证完成计划产量的前提下努力降低生产损耗、提高工时利用率、提高自动装盒 机、ME单膜/集膜覆膜机、热收缩机等关键设备的OEE，达到节约生产成本的目的
- Finish the periodic assessment of the workshop personnel, arrange the workload of the staff reasonably, ensure all production procedures work efficiently, make all groups work cooperatively.
完成对车间人员的定期考核，合理安排员工的工作，保证产品生产渠道畅通，解决各班组间的不协调。
- Responsible for the document training of SOP relevant to workshop.
负责与车间相关的SOP培训。
- Write and revise the SOP relevant to workshop, check and confirm the related records of workshop
编写和修订车间的相关SOP，对车间的相关记录进行复核与确认。
- Responsible for the establishment of good work and behavior discipline of workshop staff.
负责车间职工的员工劳动纪律、工艺纪律、行为规范教育；
- Finish other duties assigned by production head.
生产经理安排的其它工作
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Graduates of at least junior college
大专以上学历
- Minimum 2 years experience in production management of related field
两年以上相关行业现场管理经验
- GMP and IVD manufacture background. Packing experience is preferred.
医疗行业生产背景,医药包装背景尤佳
- Familiar with the manufacturing procedure of workshop’s products
熟悉本车间产品生产的全过程
- Certain application capability of computer
具有一定的计算机应用能力
- Powerful organization and management ability
较强的组织管理能力
LANGUAGE SKILLS
