MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the whole recruitment process in the assigned areas
- Plan, organize and implement company’s recruitment activities including the placement of recruiting advertisements on the Internet
- Advance reasonable proposals to maintain and develop recruiting channels
- Conduct interviews and tests based on company’s needs to choose and recruit good quality employees
- Set up and maintain the talent pool
- Team cooperation related to HR
- Communication and coordination with each department
- Formulate, evaluate and improve recruitment process and effectiveness based on necessary analysis to enhance service quality and ensure policies, practices and processes are executed and full compliance to the company’s standard
- Assist in handling with employee relationship and labor issues (insurance, personnel transactions such as transfer, promotion, salary changing, exit interview)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- University degree in HR or related discipline
- Above 3 years’ work experience in MNC with HR function , including at least 1 years of experience in the implementation of recruitment independence
- Solid experience and expertise in recruitment and selection
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Strong multi-skills and detail oriented
- High work efficiency and ensure the quality
- Strong communication ability, understanding ability and coordination ability;
- Strong sense of responsibility, work carefully and patient;
- Can undertake pressure;
- Familiar with the national labor laws and regulations
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Fluency in English and Mandarin are mandatory
