POSITION SUMMARY
Implement recruitment strategy so that job vacancies are quickly filled, new employees are smoothly integrated into group and the candidates selected best match the needs of the position and the business.
JOB LOCATION
Shanghai
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to develop a tailored recruiting solution incorporating industry benchmarking, targeted recruitment campaigns and analysis to track and report staffing metrics
- Utilize specific Industry research, benchmarking and trend analysis to support business strategy and help forecast future talent needs
- Build strong relationships cross-functionally and drive recruitment and selection practice for all level hiring managers
- Provide Professional Learning Solutions Consultancy from needs analysis to solutions proposal to key internal customers, in line with the Competency Model, Development Guide and other learning resources
- Effectiveness Skill programs
- Support execution of Group people development processes, roll out and manage quality of annual training plan of Personal
- Act as business partner to support internal business/ function people development
- Participate transformational projects to continue to build a world class recruiting and staffing organization, examples would include, tools and technology assessment, recruitment campaigns, quality of hire analysis, candidate experience life cycle
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a China team of recruitment professionals to ensure that Group recruitment strategy is implemented effectively and within established budgets and that complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree with at least minimum 8 years of recruitment experience related experience in multi-national company from search firm or in-house recruiter
- Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions; manage conflicting priorities, in a fast-paced environment, and being open to change (positive or negative)
- Demonstrated ability to drive HR/ Recruitment process simplification and deliver top quality customer services
- Excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Strong business acumen, analytical and project/ process management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
